Dutch Jazz Trumpet Player
Professor at the Conservatories of Arnhem and Utrecht

Angelo studied Musicology at the Amsterdam University and trumpet at the Jazz Department of the Amsterdam Sweelinck Conservatory.
He toured in Europe, the USA, Canada and Australia and did co-productions with Nieuw Sinfonietta Amsterdam, Schönberg Ensemble and the Jazz Orchestra of the Concertgebouw.

Het spreekt erg goed aan in alle registers, heeft voor mij de juiste luchtweerstand en is zuiver over het hele bereik. Zijn fraaie heldere klank past naadloos in de kleinere jazz- en improvisatie bezettingen maar ook in de secties van onder andere het Jazz Orchestra of the Concertgebouw of het Metropole Orkest.
De B3 custom Flugelhorn is thuiskomen, een warm bad, een passende handschoen. Dit instrument stelt mij in staat precies de expressie te uiten die ik op dat moment zoek.
