Trumpet Player from Bulgaria

Thanks to Mr. Slavi Trifonov, I am now the happy possessor of two new, excellent Van Laar instruments, both of which have been specially engraved with my nickname – the Gamzata-Quartertone and an OIRAM Sandoval!!!
The Bb Quartertone trumpet absolutely meets my needs as solo trumpeter of the KU-KU Band, where we play ethno-rock music with Balkan folkloristic intonations together.
The blowing is very easy, it has a soft but centered tone and produces a beautiful sound! The intonation is excellent!
The OIRAM Sandoval flugelhorn is a really special instrument for me! Many years ago I had the great privilege to meet and even to play together with the truly legendary Mr. Arturo Sandoval! What unforgettable memories I have of that moment!
The Sandoval’s sound is round, beautifully soft and sweet, creating a nostalgic atmosphere!
