Dr. Spencer Brand serves as Artist/Assistant Professor of Trumpet at McNeese State University in Lake Charles, Louisiana.

When playing on my Van Laar instruments, I can perform with my most potent musical voice. The blow is easy and efficient, and the tone color is exceptional in all registers. Playing the trumpet is easy when playing on Van Laar.
