Immediately after trying a Van Laar trumpet I sold the one I’ve been playing for 12 years, which, was a terrific horn. The Van Laar Trumpet gives me a better sound, better intonation , and a freer, more relaxed blow. In addition, the valves are amazing. Van Laar workmanship is superior. Hub Van Laar is a true master craftsman.

I chose to play a Van Laar Trumpet 2 years before I met Hub Van Laar.
My feeling is the same for his line of Flugelhorns.
My Trumpet and Flugelhorn are a dream to play.
